Birds of a Feather by La-Chapeliere-Folle Birds of a Feather by La-Chapeliere-Folle
“I would have written you, myself, if I could put down in words everything I want to say to you. A sea of ink would not be enough.' 'But you built me dreams instead.”
~ Celia Bowen & Marco Alisdair, "the Night Circus"

I loved this book and have always thought of creating a painting inspired by it. (haven't gotten there yet)  This is an AMAZING representation of these characters and their surroundings.  It's perfect!

What size of paper did you use to do this? It's wonderful. The reason I ask is because of all the intricate detailing you have in the smallest of ares.

first when you look on it, it looks so simple.

i like the style, reminds me of the 17th century
